Maria Weaver is the founder of Two Lanterns Consulting, where she helps small businesses get profitable and generate more cash through consistent, professional bookkeeping & streamlining your processes and systems that allow you to work smarter, not harder.
I have seen first-hand with my clients that poorly kept books is tied to low profits and cash flow, and with my help together we can understand how you are doing now and what we need to do to grow smart and profitably.

I bring my unique experience of financial expertise, process improvement, and executive leadership to my clients. Before launching Two Lanterns, I worked with a national franchise organization as Director of Strategy and Chief of Staff, guiding multi-unit operators through growth, system implementation, and profitability challenges. I also served as a Lean Six Sigma process improvement consultant, leading initiatives that eliminated inefficiencies, standardized workflows, and boosted performance across complex organizations.
When I'm not geeking out on the latest AI tools or project management apps, you'll find me hanging out with her family, trying out a new recipe or picking up her favorite chai tea latte.
